Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. The shipping charges are calculated based on the mailing address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through Stripe. For Malaysians, you may opt for FPX or Grab Pay.
When will I receive the order?
For Malaysians, you’ll receive the order in 4 – 7 working days.
For International customers, it may take up to 14 – 28 working days for your order to arrive.
How do I track my order?
Once you’ve placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent. A follow up email with a tracking code will be sent after your order has been shipped.
Can I change/cancel/add items to my order?
We start processing your order once it’s received. If you wish to cancel or change your order, you may only do so before we send you the email containing the tracking number.
The estimated delivery date has passed, but my order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Please check the status of your item using the tracking code given. Should you have further difficulties, please contact us.
My order is lost, what should I do?
Please contact us and we’ll arrange for a re-delivery or refund of your items.
Pet Toys
Where are your pet toys manufactured?
They are made in Malaysia.
What are the pet toys made of?
They are made of fire hose (both cat toys and dog toys) and seat belts (dog toys only). The fire hoses from our pet toys come from the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department whereas the seat belts are upcycled seat belts from AirAsia aircrafts.
How do I clean the pet toys?
You can brush it using soap and water.
Are these pet toys safe?
The pet toys are generally safe, but please supervise your pets while they’re using it, as each pet is different.
T-shirts
What material is your t-shirt made from?
Our t-shirts are made from cotton.
Can I wash my t-shirt in the washing machine?
Yes.
How do I find my correct size?
Please refer to the size chart in the product gallery. All measurements are in inches.
As all measurements are done manually, please allow for slight differences in measurements.
