If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Your item must be in it’s original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included.
We’ll return 90% of the original cost, and 10% will be used to cover our processing fees.
For physical products, the processing fee refers to the shipping fee.
Eg: Total payment: RM90 (merchandise) + RM10 (shipping fee) = RM100
Return fee: RM90
For ROAR, the processing fee refers to 10% of the original amount paid.
Eg: Total payment: RM100 (5 trees)
Return fee: RM90
If you’ve received an item with defects, please take a clear picture and email it to us. You’ll be given an option for a refund or an exchange. If your refund has been approved, we’ll refund the full amount to your credit card (or whichever method of payment you used).
You’ll receive your credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
As all of them are upcycled, handmade items, there may be slight imperfections in terms of measurements and cutting. Please note that these are not eligible for a refund.
Change of mind due to different colour expectations and size is not eligible for a refund. Please refer to the size chart before placing an order.
You’ll be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you’ll be receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
